# Billing Policy **Effective Date:** January 1, 2024 ## Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: - Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) - PayPal - Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others) - Other payment methods as available in your region ## Subscription Billing ### Billing Cycle - Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days - Annual subscriptions are billed every 12 months - Multi-year subscriptions are billed at the selected interval ### Auto-Renewal All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. ## Price Changes We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. ## Invoices Invoices are available in your account dashboard and sent via email after each payment. Contact billing@strixvpn.com for invoice copies. ## Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will: 1. Retry the payment automatically 2. Send you an email notification 3. Provide a grace period of 7 days to update payment information ## Canceling Your Subscription You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
